- Associate Consultants: Retired ONGC executives who retired at E4 to E5 and E6 level from Production/ Drilling/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation discipline with at least 5 years of in-line experience in Work Over/Drilling field operations.

Salary
- Junior Consultants: Rs. 40,000 (1st year), Rs. 41,350 (2nd year) per month.
